Carequality is a network that allows for sharing your health information with other providers. Each request for your information will be associated with a "Purpose of Request" type. Using this screen, you can determine what request types should be replied to with the information available within your record at our agency. To opt-in for all types of requests, click the Authorize All button. To opt-out for any type of request, click the Authorize None button.
